Cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the user is required to inform us by e-mail; based on how long before the check-in date the cancellation occurs, the customer is required to pay in the ways and times as indicated below:
If the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 50% of the total rental amount. (Deposit)
If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will lose 100% of the total rental amount.
There will be no refunds if the customer voluntarily withdraws from the service with an early departure, once the stay in the holiday home has begun, before the end of his stay
